Executive Coach & CEO
Ashley Boaz is the CEO of Mint Conceptions, where she leads with a vision of innovative business solutions and operational excellence. As the Executive Coach at Mint Conceptions, Ashley specializes in driving business profitability and efficiency through tailored coaching programs and strategic consulting.
With extensive experience in the dental industry, Ashley also serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer for a Group Dental Practice. She brings valuable insights from her previous work with Dental Support Organizations (DSO), where she learned to navigate large-group dental practices. Her expertise spans Patient Care, HR and Administration, OSHA Compliance, HIPAA Compliance, Radiation Safety, Leadership Development, and Dental Practice Management.
Ashley began her career in dental care, initially as a Certified Dental Assistant, before advancing to a Registered Dental Hygienist. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and a Graduate Diploma in Dental Assisting from GTCC. Building on her foundational knowledge, Ashley graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Professional Studies.
A committed leader and lifelong learner, Ashley holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, she applies proven leadership principles to her coaching and operational roles. Her dedication to excellence is further demonstrated through her active licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist and a DANB Certified Dental Assistant.

Nikki Ward is a dedicated leader who brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as Mint Conceptions Growth & Success Coach. With a strong foundation in patient care and administrative excellence, Nikki oversees clerical operations with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment. She is a strategic thinker, continuously refining office policies to ensure efficiency and enhance the overall patient experience—from the first appointment to the final follow-up.
Nikki’s journey in the dental field began with a deep-seated dedication to exceptional customer service. Her initial role as a Patient Care Specialist laid the groundwork for her expertise in patient interaction and administrative coordination. Nikki’s drive and commitment led her to become a Treatment Specialist, where she expanded her knowledge in patient care and treatment coordination. Recognized for her leadership potential, she quickly advanced to the role of Team Lead, where she empowered her team to achieve collective success.

Luci Kell functions as Mint Conceptions Systems & Operations Coach, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless functioning of daily clinical and financial operations. Her expertise spans across procurement, vendor relationship management, audits, claim submissions, recovery, and appeals. Luci is instrumental in devising effective billing processes, ensuring that every aspect of the financial and clinical processes run efficiently and effectively.

Luci’s journey in the dental field began as a dedicated dental hygienist, where she honed her skills in dentistry, patient communication, and sales. Her experience within a thriving hygiene department allowed her to guide patients toward personalized care plans that aligned with their health needs and motivational goals. This hands-on experience gave Luci a deep understanding of best practices in patient care, which she now leverages in her continued leadership role as Clerical Operations Director for a Group Dental Practice.
Luci holds an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC), following two years of undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). Sami Redden brings over 12 years of experience in the dental field, with a deep passion for the business side of dentistry, and operates as Mint Conceptions Revenue Optimization Coach. Her journey began right out of high school, working as a patient care coordinator and sterilization technician while attending college. Quickly recognizing her affinity for business operations, Sami focused her career on the clerical aspects of practice management.

Sami has become an expert in optimizing practice revenue through strategic networking with dental payers. Her enthusiasm for the intricate world of dental insurance has driven her to attend multiple seminars, where she honed her skills and applied this knowledge to help practices thrive. From posting insurance payments to resolving claim issues efficiently, Sami finds satisfaction in turning around delinquent claims reports and bringing outstanding revenue back to the practice.

As a Corporate Chaplain, Stephen offers confidential guidance and support to organizations seeking a balanced, purpose-driven workplace culture. His practice of corporate chaplaincy fosters a holistic approach to growth and well-being for the entire team.
In his role as a Practice Transitions Specialist and Mint Conceptions’ lead business broker, Stephen applies strategic insight and meticulous attention to detail to ensure seamless practice transitions.
